	Biography
Jian Shen was born in 1995, in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. He received the B.S. Degree in Communication Engineering from Jiangsu University of Technology, in 2017, and the M.S. Degree in Communication and Information System from Shanghai University, in 2020. In Jun. 2020, he started to study for his doctorate at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and joined the OTIP with the guide of Yong Zhang for relative research.
